Feasibility of Mandatory Vacation Policy in Different Sized Organizations
Implementing a mandatory vacation policy every 8 weeks is feasible in organizations of any size. Transparency and flexibility are key in implementing the policy. It is not limited to small organizations but can be scaled up even in companies with thousands of employees. Larger organizations have more people to cover for each other. Managers can also implement this policy within their teams.
