Do You Feel Tight or Tight?
A lot of runners like to stretch their hip flexer before coming to me or you and saying, you know, i've tried stretching. It doesn't help. So what happens is, so there's two ways to go about it. You first want to see, is your le tight, or is it actually weak? Because the brain can perceive that weakness as tightness because of how the nerve receptors are usually a weak muscle is lengthened.
