Daily Multivitamins and Longevity Study
Taking daily multivitamins does not help you live longer and may even slightly increase the risk of mortality. A study on nearly 400,000 healthy Americans over 20 years revealed that daily multivitamin users had a 4% higher mortality risk compared to non-users. Therefore, the belief that multivitamins contribute to a longer life is not supported by this research.
