NOTE

The Problem with Overworking and Micromanaging in Business

Entrepreneurs often believe that working longer and harder than everyone else is the key to success, but in reality, it's not about the number of hours you put in. It is more important to evaluate how you spend your time and whether your actions are truly benefiting the business. The tragedy is that many entrepreneurs end up being a nuisance to the rest of the company by constantly meddling in everyone else's business. In fact, the best thing they could do is give others the freedom to work without their interference.
