Judging Starts Before the Competition
Judging in competitions actually begins before the event, during training sessions. Judges observe and memorize athletes' routines, noting mistakes and inconsistencies. They assess the performance during training to anticipate how the athlete will perform in the competition. Therefore, it is crucial for athletes to always train as if they are competing and compete as if they are training, as judges are evaluating them even during training sessions.
