How Do We Keep People Moving?

We don't need to be fighting over whose way is better. We need to make sure to get more people to exercise. That's the big picture, not people fighting over different ways to do something. It's, we got to be promoting more exercise because it was sort of built into us that we would just have our physical bodies trained by the necessity to survive ye. And now, you know, you can just push a couple of buttons on your phone, and then food shows up,. which means we have to actuallythat's wherelike, the whole conscious part of exercise comes into play, because now you have to be pro active.
