The 'Miracle Morning' consists of six practices, represented by the acronym S-A-V-E-R-S: Silence (meditation/prayer), Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing. Athletes use visualization to mentally rehearse performing at their best, and we should do the same for our day. Exercise, even for just 60 seconds, helps to wake up the body and mind. Reading a few pages daily can lead to transformative learning. Writing or journaling allows for the release of stressful thoughts and the recognition of grateful thoughts. Creating intentional silence in the day is crucial, as it is where the most profound and life-changing ideas arise. Overstimulation from constant visual and auditory stimulation prevents us from hearing and benefiting from this silence.
