The definition of friendship changes as we age, and the quality of high school friendships may not align with our current definition. Friendship can be viewed in different ways, such as friends for a reason, friends for a season, and friends for life. It's important to set expectations accordingly for different levels of friendships, and it's okay to have varying levels of connections. Being proactive can make it easier to make friends.
