The Low Road Emotions
You have emotional skin in the game, as i say, in these three ways. One is that you have these a pre emotions, or protom syou know, you shape starts and startles. Or seneca gives these great examples. Youre if you're general, you can be the bravest, most stoic general, but your knees knock a little bit when you hear the clarion call to start marching. Or you turn green if you're in a shipwreck. Even if you're age, your body's talking, maybe not your mind, it's your body talking, and you can feel all those and they're probably very adaptive.
