There was deep disagreement in glasgow over the change of language, from phasing out coal to what india insisted become a phase down of coal. That goal has an asterisk, calling out the time lind which i sighted for developed countries but for developing countries, there's 200 million indians who have no access to electricity. While i'd love to see the developing world leap frog straight to renewables, that's not going to happen. They're going to be winners and losers. But the alternative is too discouraging to contemplate
