The aftermath of a betrayal is a life-changing experience that cannot be undone. Regardless of the decision made about the relationship, the impact is inevitable. The discovery of infidelity creates a divide between the time before and after the betrayal, forever altering the dynamics. Even if the person chooses to ignore or confront the betrayal, the knowledge cannot be unseen or unknown. It creates a chain reaction that initiates changes. The role in the relationship may feel unchangeable, but the impact of the betrayal will persist.

For the first time, Glennon requests a one-on-one with our guest – author and poet Maggie Smith – in this deeply honest conversation about: how to tell the brutal truth without betraying our people, how to reclaim ourselves after infidelity and betrayal, how the shaming of women who dare to tell their stories keeps us powerless and isolated, and how they both have embraced acceptance instead of “forgiveness.”
