"If you're not having any sodium two things are going to happen either you have to drink less to maintain your osmolality and so you're going to become more dehydrated or you're starting to drop your blood sodium," he says. "So that's where it seems to be and I guess that kind of answers the health side of it as well is it around that hyponatremia risk on one end of the scale."
