Fear Setting

Fear setting is an exercise from the stoics called premature. Patio malorum some meditating on the worst case. This is just a practice of actually putting to paper what the worst things are that could happen how you might mitigate against them. We see we suffer more in imagination than in reality and it's easy to overestimate the home threats that exist from action while under estimating the risks of inaction when they're trapped in your head.
