Coaches have been naturally applying ecological dynamics without formal theoretical knowledge, intuitively manipulating constraints in practice environments to enhance performance. Despite lacking explicit theoretical understanding, they have been experimenting and learning through experience. Theoretical frameworks like ecological dynamics help coaches understand the underlying principles of their successful methods, providing a solid basis for their actions and enhancing their coaching effectiveness.
