Transformational Change Requires Relational Narratives

The perceived conflict between qualitative stories and quantitative measurements is a false dichotomy. True change is derived from understanding and re-humanizing individual experiences rather than dehumanizing data. Furthermore, transformational efforts must incorporate the necessary transactional components, emphasizing that both aspects work together in a comprehensive approach.
