Creating Effective Teams
Creating teams of two individuals can be more effective than adding more people to a problem. Teams need to develop and pairs can be a good idea as a unit, which can then be expanded into teams consisting of several pairs. For many projects, two individuals may not be enough, and larger teams are required to accomplish tasks that cannot be done by a pair. The work with AMOS challenges the traditional theory of von Neumann and Morgenstern, highlighting the inadequacy of homoeconomicus as a descriptive model of human behavior.
