Strength Grows with Activity Level and Time

Professional athletes exceed pre-operative strength by three months, while recreational athletes achieve this by six months. Hamstring strength improves for both groups, surpassing pre-operative values by approximately four and a half months. Notably, most strength gains occur between one and a half and four and a half months, highlighting a plateau in improvement after six months. Overall, activity level significantly influences strength progression during rehabilitation.
