Decrease time delay. Faster wins increase perception of speed, likelihood of sticking, and trust. To make wins feel faster, give wins more often. Deliver small things at shorter intervals. Share updates frequently, even if there is no progress. Force many wins within 48 hours to create lasting good impression. Always communicate the next interaction. Never expect forgiveness; always deliver early. Breakdown outcomes into small increments, communicate often, set timelines with breathing room. More wins mean more goodwill and referrals.
