Using a template to communicate how to get the best out of oneself and seeking feedback from others helps establish a feedback culture. Asking specific questions like 'What's one thing that I can change to make a difference?' or 'What's one thing that we can do to improve?' encourages feedback and shows willingness to learn and improve. It is important to assume that there are areas for improvement and actively seek feedback rather than asking a general 'Is there anything?' question.
