The influx of skilled individuals through these organizations has greatly accelerated the careers of many, including the speaker. While the decision to hire CTC again in a new role may depend on circumstances, the philosophy of keeping strategy internal and operational tasks external remains consistent, with a preference for internal strategy unless a specific need or skillset gap exists.
