The Downsizing Wave of the Nineties

When the down sizing wave of the nineties game and all the big companies were doing massive layoffs, all the news business wanted to do stories about it. But you can't really do a proper story about something unless you have a face. And here was gilbert, who became through his work, sort of the face of the down about to be downsized employee. That was the big change, as that i combined my business skills, my mba, my degree in economics, with the art. It was to that combination, i called it a skill stack, when you put together skills that or complimentary. And that's really what made the difference.
