You may only have one SPF record that can include multiple hostnames. A and MX records can also be included to allow subdomains and MX records to send on your behalf. The end of the SPF record will have an 'all' property (plus all, tilde all, or minus all) which advises the receiver on how to handle emails that do not meet SPF requirements - accept, accept with caution, or reject, respectively.
