The Basis of Endurance Exercise Performance
I was fascinated with all the work that costal had done to work out and colleagues, the basis of endurance exercise performance is great stuff. But we don't have an equivalent understanding for high intensity anything above via two max those intensities. There's nothing there you can't predict it you can't explain it. So our goals were understanding and prediction when we started and not in a number of years in a number sets of experiments.
