NOTE

The Difference Between I Like You and I Love You

Trust can be viewed as four levels: zero trust, transactional trust, reciprocal trust, and unconditional trust. Starting at zero trust is essential because it allows people to earn our trust rather than automatically giving it. Transactional trust is based on equal exchanges and is necessary in professional relationships. Reciprocal trust is a healthy level of trust where it naturally cycles between two people. Unconditional trust, while desirable, is difficult to achieve and should be earned over time. We often fall into the trap of giving unconditional trust too early, leading to disappointment. We should let others earn our trust and be worthy of it. Our strong desire for love often makes us rush through the levels of trust. Building and creating trust is more important than simply feeling it. It is crucial to find someone who truly appreciates and loves us rather than settling for relationships that are not worthy of us.
