The Role of Fat, Cholesterol, and Carbohydrates in the Body

Eating a carnivore diet has made my liver cleaner. I learned that the fat is made in the liver and goes everywhere in our bodies. Cholesterol is actually good for us. I'm skeptical about current tests for cardiovascular risk factors. High fasting glucose and insulin indicate a high carbohydrate diet and liver damage. High sugar and high protein diets cause damage throughout the body. Even at a young age, the suggested downward spiral of health can occur.
