In my studio, I used to do all the editing myself. But now, I've found talented editors who not only emulate but also improve our videos. It's amazing to see how much the team has grown. However, I've realized that having a smaller team of passionate and skilled individuals who are excited about the work is more effective than having a large team of part-time workers. This approach allows me to focus on my primary function and be creatively inspired by my team. Managing a small team feels like building something together and it's been an exciting journey.
