I love reading your book. It has fundamentally changed how i approach negotiation. I think you have this discussion of whether or not these leaders who don't listen to market research, do they get it right or not? You can split a very small pie, but i think that's ultimately counterproductive. And the more we're able to be co parents, to be at graduations, weddings together, that's going to create a larger pie.
