Unleashing the Potential of AI In Your Business

In this episode of the PT Profit Podcast, guest host Chris Liddle discusses how Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology can be leveraged in the fitness industry to help trainers and clinicians stand out. He identified five ways AI can help with content creation: content generation, content curation, content optimization, content scheduling, and reverse engineering captivating content. AI can be used to generate written content such as blog posts, articles, and product descriptions. It can also be used to analyze large amounts of data to identify relevant content for a target audience and optimize content for maximum impact and reach. AI can also help schedule content publishing at the optimal time based on user engagement patterns and audience demographics. Ultimately, AI can be used to reduce time spent on content creation and increase personal trainer's reach, helping them stand out in the fitness industry.HighlightsYou can extract clean data from every relevant source on the web with no code. So this is basically like having a supercharged assistant that helps you get through things that you would be looking at anyways, but helps you get through it more efficiently.You can use it for business intelligence, basically looking at your market, spending less time in collecting information and more time analyzing the data and making informed decisions. You can use it for competitive marketing, product availability, content aggregation, staying on top of the latest news, updates and research.And on the note of personalized artificial intelligent videos, there is also another platform called B-Human AI. So if you have ever bought a product or service and gotten a personalized message from it, maybe it was from the coach that you worked with, maybe it was from the founder of the business that you just purchased.So if you go to Tome app is essentially generative storytelling on demand. So where Tom could be useful is if you have to story tell and present on a topic and you need visuals and you need key points and you need it to be concise but also deliver what you're trying to say.It is a little bit of a learning curve going from one video editing software to the other. Getting Stronger Faster in Pregnancy with Erica Ziel

Erica started experiencing knee pain when she was five and the doctors told her it was growing pains. When she stopped growing at 14, her parents took her to the Mayo Clinic and the specialists there told her she needed to strengthen her legs. This was the turning point for Erica and she began her journey into strength training at a young age. She found success in her training and eventually became a specialist in the field. Erica shares her story with Beverley on the show.Erica experienced the power of movement to heal the body at a young age and was fortunate enough to learn how to do Olympic lifting with a great coach. She went on to study exercise science and Pilates, which further opened her eyes to the world of movement and healing the body. She was able to get rid of her own knee pain by the time she was 21 and continues to help her clients with their own movement and healing.Erica is a serial entrepreneur and Pilates instructor who started exploring fascia and pelvic floor function. She found that many of her clients, particularly moms in their late twenties and thirties, were experiencing aches and pains and being told by doctors that they would either have to have surgery or suffer with the problems for the rest of their lives. Erica realized that through fascial training and addressing pelvic floor function, she could help her clients. She switched her certifications to understand the techniques and verbiage used in the fitness world and found that focusing on the fundamentals of movement could help eliminate the pain and dysfunction her clients were experiencing. This led her to create her own instructor training.Erica gives an overview of his signature program, Core Rehab, which is designed to help people, even those without physical dysfunction, to learn more about the importance of balance and strength. She also created a pre and postnatal exercise specialist course to help instructors better understand the body and labor during pregnancy.Erica explains that she has seen that pregnant women can become stronger faster during pregnancy, but they should still be cautious and get their doctor's approval before beginning any exercise program. She emphasizes the importance of understanding the core and how to engage it properly, as this will help a pregnant woman use her core with every movement. HIGHLIGHTS"Those are like three common things that we see a lot of and are taught a lot of in fitness, still taught in fitness. And my first thing is, and I educate them on why I don't, I want them to start to be aware that we need to start breaking those habits.""How are you measuring performance? How are you changing the experience so that moms, so that your clients and, and, and you know, and important, how are you communicating as an instructor? To really shift expectations and help clients see that they're having progress.""Or he has to have energy and connection up through the entire body, feeling a light pelvic floor, lower belly, all the way through the top of the head, like with that full lift.""So, and a lot of women, especially a lot of moms, they talk their pelvis because it was a way to help compensate during pregnancy. I am, oh, I am untucking pelvis.""It causes us to lose space in our hips, causes us to use our back too much, and it causes massive imbalance in the pelvic floor. The NEW Way to Niche

Hey Coaches! The traditional methods of finding a niche are outdated and may be preventing you from growing your business. Coaches should focus on finding a niche based on their values and the impact they want to create. Think about the common problems you can solve and what makes your services unique. Once you have identified these components, you can then find the ideal client you want to serve.The surface level ways of connecting with an audience, such as narrowing in on a certain demographic are outdated. Instead, look at the individual experience of each person and use that to connect with them. This is a way to stand out in the industry and find ideal clients. It is important to look at the individual experience of each person so that you can connect with them in an authentic way and stand out in the space.In this episode we talk about how to find one's niche without feeling constrained by traditional methods. The new way to find a niche is to get specific in four different areas.The first of these areas is getting specific with the problem that the business is trying to solve. The second is to create a unique solution or process. The third is to get specific in one's target audience and the fourth is to get specific with the language used. How to Know When to Scale Your Business

In today's episode of the PT Profit Podcast, we break down how to know when to scale your business. We talk about the value of having multiple pieces of content around the main piece of content, and hitting record without worrying about looking perfect. I discuss the changes I've made in my thinking and language regarding their business, and how this has affected my decisions on when and how to scale.I explain how the term 'scaling' is often used in two ways - to simply grow a business, or to create passive income. We also talk about how when making decisions on whether or not to scale a business, it is important to consider what the goal is and what will best help the business to achieve that goal.The conversation is about how to grow a profitable business by scaling it to generate more revenue without increasing the workload. The key is to leverage resources, including money, time and effort. Investing in skills that will help move the business forward is the most important thing to do.In 2023, many service providers are still set up to fail, due to trading dollar for hour instead of growing their businesses. The Truth About Building Durable and Resilient Humans with Ed Williams

Ed Williams is a coach and teacher who helps people build durable and resilient humans. He believes in a contrarian approach to self-care and pushing oneself in a way that is fun, safe, and helpful. Ed shares his story of how he got into this work, as well as how he serves his clients.Ed Williams has been in the fitness industry for over 21 years and serves as an educator for personal trainers and coaches.He is also passionate about helping high school athletes recover from injuries. He believes that fitness is about being resilient and finding ways to be strong and durable.In order to build a resilient human, it is important to have a positive outlook and to be truthful. It is also important to learn and continue to evolve in order to be successful. Ed believes that people are more resilient than they give themselves credit for, and that strength training is a positive tool for building strong, resilient people. He also believes that the message of people being weak and fragile will never work in the space of helping people, especially when it comes to strength training.HIGHLIGHTS"That's our biggest challenge as coaches, young or seasoned. Part of that is pushing people past that first perceived barrier to get them believe and get some buy into what it is that you're actually going after that people are capable of far more than they think.""I've been around the industry long enough to see that pendulum and have seen it swing back and forth violently hoping that it would come somewhere in the middle. And clearly we're still swinging the pendulum back and forth.""If I can't push you outta your comfort zone enough to raise your ceiling of where you understand that you are, then there is no purpose. If you can just go do that by yourself. So if me as a coach, I'm not pushing outside your comfort zone, making you tap into places and realize that you can do things you didn't think you could do. And that doesn't have to be super scary, right? We're not throwing you off the cliff, off a bridge somewhere. It's no, you can be tired when you take two more steps. Those two more steps for somebody that really didn't think they could take another step. Hopefully the gate for the next 5, 6, 7, 10 steps because you break through that ceiling.""You're weak, you're gentle, you're frail. These kinds of things. All of a sudden when they realize that no, I am strong, physically strong as well, it just builds something very different in terms of empowerment for most people, especially women. Lessons of 2022 for 2023

In this episode, we talk about some of the biggest lessons I learned in 2022 and how I'll be using them to grow my business in 2023. I share that it is important to document your journey and to look back on your accomplishments in order to see how far you have come.I talk about the importance of focusing on your wins and not letting the frustration of the journey get in the way of your success. We're going to reflect on the power of the New Year and how it can be used as a time to reset and focus on goals. It's important to look for the wins and lessons from the past year in order to move forward in a positive way. This episode also discusses the importance of setting resolutions, and argues that people often don't set them because they don't want to disappoint themselves. And then I realized that I was throwing the baby out with the bathwater and if I had just taken a closer look, it would have changed the game.""This isn't a lesson that I learned in 2022, but it is a lesson that I've learned in my life.
