Mind, Body, Soul: The Unbelievable Power of Optimizing Your Entire Being w/Jeff Simpson

In the journey to becoming an optimized, high-conscious being, there are 3 key aspects - physical, mental, and spiritual. We can’t pick and choose which area to focus on, everything is intertwined.   We can’t be fit and forget our souls, and we can’t be deeply spiritual and forget about our bodies.   We have to maximize the entire vessel.   Health, fitness, happiness, abundance, and prosperity are the inevitable by-products of taking a holistic approach to becoming better people. If we can’t accept and allow ourselves to transform in body, mind, and soul, it’s all a waste.   How do we deal with our trauma so that it doesn’t weigh us down? What are the most important aspects of spiritual evolution?   In this episode, I’m joined by nutrition junkie, soul searcher, and co-founder of Health Mind Soul, Jeff Simpson. We talk about the journey to a high conscious existence, and the most important lessons we’ve learned along the way.   Three Takeaways The goal of a high consciousness being On the map of consciousness, aim to stay between 350 to 500 at all times. It’s impossible to stay at level 540 at all times, because we still have egos, and some situations will test us. The difference between a master and low consciousness being is the ability to recognize when you’re being pulled into a lower vibrational frequency. Why we can’t be optimized without self-acceptance Until you love and trust yourself, it’s hard to make any lasting change to any aspect of your life. If you optimize your nutrition and fitness without achieving inner peace and awareness, you’re always going to sabotage yourself, because you don’t feel worthy of a healthy body. How to optimize all aspects of your being The body, mind, and soul are part of one intertwined, holistic system, and to be a high conscious being, every aspect needs to be optimized. Each part of our being feeds off the other, and if we just focus on one area and neglect the rest, we’re not fully embracing the path of high consciousness.   Guest Bio-   Jeff Simpson is a father, husband, fitness fanatic, nutrition junkie, soul searcher, author, and co-founder of Health Mind Soul. Jeff stays active in CrossFit as a member and CF-L1 trainer, he loves to practice meditation and enjoys reading a good book. With his wife, Jeff has ventured into nutrition coaching and they’ve created their own guided journal. He recently wrote the book Health Mind Soul: 8 Steps To Finding Your Inner Peace in pursuit of bringing greater awareness to the amazing wonders life has to offer.   For more information, visit https://www.healthmindsoul.com/ and follow @healthmindsoullife on Instagram.

Preparing for the Return to the Lemurian Calendar w/Huna Flash

Many of us have been anticipating a shift of sorts for months now, and it's finally upon us. The world as we know it is about to change, from the Gregorian Calendar, to its Lemurian counterpart.   While our world has been shaped by post-Atlantean language, it's time for us to forget what we think we know and begin to embrace what's to come. The question is, what is to come?   What changes will the Lemurian calendar bring into our lives? Are we about to experience an entirely different dimension from the one we've always known?   In this episode, Lemurian Light Shaman of New Zealand, Huna Flash shares what to expect in the near future, and how to get ready for it.   Three Takeaways  How to prepare for the shift The easiest way to transition to the Lemurian calendar is by simplifying the world around us. Focus on connecting and communicating with others and cleanse anything that could keep us in the current dimension longer than we need to be. What the shift feels like We often think the shift will look like a flash of light, and we're not wrong, but many times we're looking for that flash in the wrong place. The shift comes from within us, not externally. How healers can gear up for the changes ahead It's time for us to familiarize ourselves with the pre-Atlantean tools of healing. Ancient wisdom is our future, so we have to have a firm grasp on what that means.   Guest Bio-    Huna Flash is a Lemurian Light Shaman. Born of the Ancient Ma Ori Navigators Lineage in New Zealand, he first awoke to his remembering at the age of 7. Recognized as one who is ready to receive the wisdom of the unknown, from there he was nurtured by his elders and culture. Initiated to Tohunga/Huna by the late Maori Prophet, Arekahanara Piripi To Pani Ariki 0 Manuariki in 1986, he completed his studies at the School of the Special Bird, and today he is internationally respected for his knowledge. He has led missions including the Paradigm Convergence 11,11,11 in Jerusalem in 2018, the Ancient Ancestors Assembly in the Black Forest in 2017, as well as countless healing sessions in Native American Communities over the past 30 years. Known as the Keeper of the Great Seal of Kunnara, Huna takes his Seat at the Southern Star, Seat 1 of all sectors, Ma Ha Ka Wa Ta Hi.  To find out more, visit: https://hoh.earth/

Biohacking Is Meaningless Without a Nurtured Soul w/Shawn Wells

Human beings as a species have become easier to kill than ever before, and even the best biohacker on the planet is at risk right now. The reason for that is we’ve spent so much time leveling up our physical bodies that we’ve forgotten the most important part of our existence - our souls.   When we aren’t doing enough to nurture our mental and psychological well-being, it doesn’t matter how ‘ripped’ we are. Until and unless we can get to a point where we’re filled with nothing but love for ourselves, we’re only paving the way for perpetual unhappiness, and even health problems like inflammation.   The only problem is, getting to love ourselves is often easier said than done. Where do we even start? What can we do to nurture our souls the way we treat our bodies?   In this episode, the world’s leading nutritional biochemist and author of the brand new book, The ENERGY Formula, Shawn Wells shares his journey to self-love after years of neglect.    Three Takeaways  Why biohacking can only take us so far Biohacking has amazing benefits for our physical bodies, but without prioritizing our mental health, those advantages are only skin deep. Think of our inner game as the foundation for a better quality of life, and everything else as an add-on. How the ultra-masculinized world holds us back from just ‘being’ There’s absolutely nothing wrong with masculine energy, but much of our world is structured around the masculine habits of doing, grinding, and always being ‘on the go’. We have to have a balance between masculine and feminine energy so we can let go of the constant push and just flow. How to be happier NOW We put so much pressure on ourselves to reach our goals, and often we think we’ll be happy once we do. However, we need to stop chasing rainbows. We can embody who we want to be TODAY and claim it in advance.   Guest Bio-    Shawn Wells MPH, LDN, RD, CISSN, FISSN is the world’s leading nutritional biochemist and expert on Health Optimization.   He has formulated over 500 supplements, food, beverages, and cosmeceuticals and patented 10 novel ingredients and is now known as the Ingredientologist - the scientist of ingredients. Formerly a Chief Clinical Dietitian with over a decade of clinical experience, he has counseled thousands of people on innovative health solutions such as keto, paleo, fasting, and supplements. He has also personally overcome various health issues including Epstein-Barr Virus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, depression, insomnia, obesity, and a pituitary tumor.   As a world-renowned thought-leader on mitochondrial health, he has been paid to speak on five different continents. How to Empower Autistic Non-Speakers w/JB and Jamison Handley

As beings, our primary purpose is to give and receive love, and few embody that as well as the non-speaking autistic community. However, for far too long, the community has been entirely misunderstood. Non-speakers are often dismissed because they don’t communicate in a way many of us understand, but that doesn’t make them incapable of interacting. It just means the speaking community needs to get better at understanding.  What can speakers do to assist more non-speakers to share their voices? What tools of communication already exist, and how can we learn more about them? In this episode, the author of Underestimated: An Autism Miracle, JB Handley, and his son Jamie Handley share how the Spelling to Communicate process changed their family forever.    Three Takeaways  Non-speakers, defined While non-speakers can say some words, their spoken vocabularies are incredibly limited. This has nothing to do with cognitive function and everything to do with motor disability. How to respond to a non-speaker Non-speakers might not communicate in the way that’s deemed “normal”, but they’re keen observers and often cognitively brilliant. They don’t need to be spoken down to, and chances are their understanding far surpasses that of most people. Advice for parents of non-speakers Spelling to Communicate, a system designed to help non-speakers, can be taught at any age. Any parent with a non-speaking autistic child should look into this life-changing process.   Guest Bio-  JB Handley is the co-author of Underestimated: An Autism Miracle and the bestselling How to End the Autism Epidemic. As the father to an autistic son, JB is passionate about bringing awareness to the condition, and in addition to producing the documentary Autism Yesterday alongside his wife, he is also the co-founder of Generation Rescue, a nonprofit dedicated to autism recovery.  Jamison Handley is an 18-year-old non-speaker. Diagnosed with autism at the age of 2, since going through the process of Spelling to Communicate last year, he is now able to fully communicate. A gifted mathematician, Jamison is set to graduate high school in 2022 and study neuroscience in college after that.  To find out more, go to:https://www.amazon.com/Underestimated-Autism-Miracle-Childrens-Defense-ebook/dp/B08SMR6CX9 https://www.facebook.com/GenerationRescue  https://jbhandleyblog.com/ https://twitter.com/GenRescue?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor  And to find out more about Spelling to Communicate, visit: https://i-asc.org/

Flower Alchemy: Stopping to Smell the Roses is More Important than We Think w/Katie Hess

Being in nature is being around God, so it's no surprise that traditionally, alchemists would send their patients out into the wilderness to drink dewdrops off specific flowers for healing. That being said, how many of us have the opportunity to do that every morning?  With so many of us living in cities, unable to access the natural world on a daily basis, we've got further away from traditional healing methods than ever before.  Does that mean approaches like flower alchemy are out of reach or are there modern alternatives to ancient traditions?  How can we take full advantage of all the healing powers of mother nature, no matter where we are?  In this episode, flower alchemist and Founder of Lotuswei, Katie Hess expands on flower elixirs and the role they can play in boosting our holistic wellness.    Three Takeaways  How flowers promote post-breakup healingWhen an intimate relationship ends, many people continue to feel connected to a former partner, and that’s because we’re still experiencing their energy. Plants like the pomegranate flower have the power to cleanse those energies and speed up the healing process. The role flower elixirs can play in alleviating emotional turmoilGoing through difficult emotions is part of the human experience, and we should embrace even our lowest moments as gifts. However, we can always look to mother nature and her powers as a supportive partner as we navigate life’s ups and downs. How to take advantage of the healing power of nature without flower essencesFlower elixirs offer numerous benefits, but merely spending time in nature does wonders for our wellbeing. Whenever possible, go outdoors, sit under a tree, and ask the divine for wisdom.   Guest Bio-  Katie Hess is a flower alchemist and the Founder of Lotuswei. Passionate about teaching others about the power of flowers and their essences, Katie’s work is geared towards helping people discover entirely new worlds, both inside and out. Challenge What You THINK You Know w/Dr Jere Rivera-Dugenio

As children of the light, we have a clearer understanding of this world than most other beings, even if we don’t have all the answers. If we want to uncover the truths of our universe, and ourselves, we have to be willing to keep learning and challenging our understandings along the way.  How can we develop a closer knowledge of our workings as beings on a DNA level? Is there anything we’ve got completely wrong until now? With so much of what we’ve been taught merely scratching the surface of the truths of our universe, where do we turn for the real answers? In this episode, CEO and Founder of the Biogenesis Experience and Inventor of The RASHA Consciousness-Coherence Technology, Dr. Jere River-Dugenio shares what he’s learned about consciousness from years of research.    Three Takeaways  Why we need to think beyond raising our vibrationsMany of us think in terms of raising our vibrations, but we should be raising our oscillation. There’s a subtle distinction between the two, but it means the difference between breaking free entirely, versus freeing ourselves marginally, only to stay trapped in a black hole in the middle of the universe. Why we need to debunk the concept of ‘Junk DNA’Source makes no mistakes, so the idea that some of our DNA serves no purpose is pure nonsense. We have to reconnect these so-called ‘junk DNA’ strands to take advantage of all the information they hold. How to re-think loveThe heart may have a major role in the giving and receiving of love, but it’s our chakras that play the biggest part. The frequency of love is simply the co-residence of frequency vibration oscillation when the left and right hemispheres sync in the brain.   Guest Bio-  Dr. Jere Rivera-Dugenio is a quantum medicine researcher with a Ph.D. in Natural Medicine. Since going through a powerful near-death experience over 2 decades ago, Dr. Rivera-Dugenio has dedicated his life’s work to shifting consciousness to a multidimensional understanding of First Creation Physics and the formation of morphogenetic scalar fields. Thanks to his near-death experience, Dr. Rivera-Dugenio has first-hand knowledge of dark matter and morphogenetic fields. In addition to having founded the Bioregensis Experience, Dr. River-Dugenio is the inventor of The RASHA Consciousness-Coherence Technology.    To find out more: https://www.therasha.com/  https://www.linkedin.com/in/jere-rivera-dugenio-ph-d-b3356015

Becoming a Complete Human w/Janna Breslin and Evan DeMarco

Physical fitness is a vital element of optimization, but none of that matters if we're not spending time developing our inner selves along the way. What does being in peak physical condition matter if we're empty cans?  If we want to raise every part of our beings to become the best versions of ourselves, we have to work on our mental and spiritual worlds too.  We also have to think about how we're connecting with the planet, because what good is it being optimized when the world around us is falling apart?  How can we do the necessary work to become holistically successful, complete humans? How will we know once we've reached our destination?  In this episode, Founders of Complete Human, Janna Breslin and Evan DeMarco discuss how to develop every part of ourselves.   Three Takeaways  How to stop letting ego impact every decision we makeEgo is often what motivates us to work on our fitness, but when we're optimizing ourselves purely to look good on the beach, we're not making an impact on anything other than our vanity. If we want to advance our consciousness, that needs to change. The importance of doing the inner workWhenever we dedicate time and effort to our inner development, we’re heightening our awareness of the energies around us. Inner work is the key to becoming receptive to the energies that are totally transforming the world as we know it. What the final destination for a complete human looks likeDeveloping ourselves and becoming complete is a journey, and we’ll never be ‘done’ with it. Becoming a complete human requires a commitment to constant growth in every area of our lives.   Guest Bio-  Janna Breslin is the co-founder of Complete Human. What to Do When Your Loved Ones Won’t Awaken w/Jennifer Passavant

As children of the light, seeing so many people give in to constant fear-mongering is nothing short of infuriating. However, we have to remember that for the unawakened, that fear feels real, and we have to treat them with the level of compassion they deserve.  Among the enlightened, many of us have a burning desire to force those around us to wake up, but the truth is no good comes from proselytizing. No matter how painful it can be to see others vibrate in fear, forcing them to increase their vibrations before they’re ready could do more harm than good. Is there a way to help people see from a more awakened perspective while staying respectful of where they are on their spiritual journeys? What can we do when the unawakened in question are the people closest to us? In this episode, life coach and energy healing practitioner, Jennifer Passavant shares how to stay calm, even as we see those around us fall prey to the dark forces.  Three Takeaways  What to do when our loved ones are still vibrating at a lower level: For some people, staying asleep is part of their soul’s journey. It’s not our place to interfere in their development, so we have to accept that they will awaken when they are ready. Why disassociation is the key to survival in times of division: When differences of opinion arise, our best option is to cultivate a sense of detachment from all the various perspectives- ours included. It’s easier to move forward on our personal spiritual journeys when we’re not getting bogged down by low-vibrational arguments. How to stop vibrating in victimhood, for good: Everything we go through in this lifetime was chosen by our souls prior to incarnation, with the intention of learning a lesson. Stop fighting against what has been preordained and embrace the human experience, traumas and all.   Guest Bio-  Jennifer Passavant is an Intuitive Spiritual Life Coach, Energy Healer, and Channeler. Regain Control of Your Health in the Face of Sick Care w/Derek Winn

Healthcare in America is too expensive, and the system as a whole is broken and fractured. Where does the root of the problem lie, and do we have any other alternatives at our disposal? The only way to survive the sick-care system is by taking our health into our own hands. We can’t hope for health insurance companies or politicians to save us, we have to be proactive about our wellbeing. So, where do we begin? How can we start taking more responsibility for our health while we still have it, so we don’t end up preyed upon by the systems that be? In this episode, President and Co-Founder of Distilled Concepts, Derek Winn shares how to navigate the choppy waters that are the American healthcare system.    Three Takeaways  Why American healthcare is so expensive: We’ve had a bigger impact on the cost of healthcare than we may realize. By choosing high-cost, low-quality facilities like hospitals for routine procedures over their freestanding counterparts, we’re rewarding them for charging more. If we want that to change, we have to take control over our choices. The importance of being proactive about our wellbeing: Most people don’t even begin to think about their health until they’re forced to by disease or ailments. Prevention is always better than a cure, so embrace a cleaner, more health-conscious lifestyle before it becomes a necessity.  How to become our own Doctors: Avoid running to the doctor for a sniffle diagnosis by doing some research. We should all become students of our health and have a better understanding of what’s going on in our own bodies.   Guest Bio-  Derek Winn is a benefits advisor and strategist. A consultant at The Business Benefits Group, Derek is also the President and Co-Founder of Distilled Concepts, a mission-driven consulting firm dedicated to distilling down complex healthcare information and delivering innovative solutions that keep both employees and bottom lines healthy. Why Dark Nights of the Soul Are the Only Way into The Light w/Alli Covington

The onset of COVID-19 put the unawakened into a collective dark night of the soul, and nearly a year later, many are still reeling from the trauma. However, that same trauma could become a source of light to those who look. With pain and pressure comes the opportunity for growth, and given everything we’ve experienced over the past year, there’s never been a better time for people to awaken not only to what they’ve been doing wrong all along, but also to the amount of untapped power they hold.  How can we start seeing the positives in every experience we go through as beings, good and bad? Could our trauma turn out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to us?  In this episode, international fitness and health coach and founder of BOD Company™, Alli Covington shares why our tribulations are a blessing in disguise.    Three Takeaways  How COVID-19 has helped the human race: Gone are the days when the sick care system could claim to cure us while we sat idly by. Now, more than ever before, people are waking up to the reality that our health is our responsibility, and we have to be proactive about our wellness.  Why hitting rock bottom is more empowering than we realize: Once we’ve experienced our lowest points, the only way is up. It’s only after we’ve faced the depths of pain head-on that we’re able to move forward, and once we do, there’s no going back. The purpose of trauma: Our souls decide what they want to experience in this lifetime, and that means everything happens for a reason. Stop trying to fight the dark night of the soul, and start paying attention to the lesson it shares.   Guest Bio-  Alli Covington is the founder of BOD Company™. An international fitness and health coach, Alli struggled with her weight as a child, and as a result of her breakthrough she’s passionate about helping others improve their fitness and rebuild their confidence. In 2009 she began writing the personal training and physical therapy algorithm her software is based on today, and now she helps clients across the US and several other countries become the best versions of themselves.    To find out more, go to: https://bodcompany.com/
