The Daily Grace Podcast
The Daily Grace Co.
The Daily Grace Podcast exists to encourage and equip women to seek God in His Word. Our goal is for women to know that deep Bible study, sound doctrine, and rich theology are not just for the seminary student or pastor, but are accessible and transformational for all believers. We want to invite women to join us in our conversation about our great God, and be encouraged to seek a deeper knowledge of God that leads them to live their lives for God glory as they grow in love and awe in response to who He is.

How Jesus Responds to Sinners and Sufferers with Dane Ortlund
The gospel embodies the heart of Christ, but these are the actual words Jesus offered to describe His own heart: “I am gentle and lowly in heart”. Jesus is telling His people, then and now, that He is tender, welcoming, and accessible. And good news: His heart extends to us today, in the face of our own sin and suffering. Understanding the heart of Christ impacts how we live. It confronts our shame and offers us hope. Don’t ever forget this: His heart is for sinners and sufferers.

Being Peacemakers in a Divisive World
Does a peacemaker create peace by avoiding contentious issues? Do they keep silent and remain passive in order to maintain the peace? In Scripture, we see that believers are called to be peacemakers; however, we see that this is actually not a call to silence, avoidance, and passivity. In the Bible, peace is not just the absence of conflict; it’s the presence of Jesus. So we don’t pretend everything is fine or avoid hard things in order to keep the peace. Instead, we make peace by pointing to the One who is Peace.

6 Lies About Prayer and How to Overcome Them
I’m bad at praying. It doesn't make a difference. It’s selfish and boring. God doesn’t care about my prayers. I don’t need to pray. These are lies many Christians believe about prayer. Instead of seeing prayer for the gift it is, we feel confused, overwhelmed, and disengaged. Maybe there’s fear, bitterness, and guilt around prayer. The only way to overcome lies is by knowing and applying truth found in Scripture. There can be joy and excitement as we experience intimacy with God through prayer.

Life-Giving Practices for Spiritual Growth
Spiritual disciplines: life-giving or life-sucking? Many of us have feelings of dread when we think about spiritual disciplines. We think about all the things we “have to” or “should do” as believers and then think about all the ways we fail to do those things. We know they’re good for us, but they feel too hard! Our understanding and approach to spiritual disciplines matters a lot. They should be life-giving practices that lead to spiritual growth, true joy, and deepened intimacy with Christ.

Experiencing God through Creation with Hannah Anderson
Do you pay attention to creation? Like the wildflowers and the changing of the seasons. Whether or not we’re nature people, we are called to “consider the lilies of the field”. But why? God is showing us something (without words) in nature that He reveals (with words) in Scripture! He uses both His creation and His Word, to teach us more about who He is. We can experience Him through creation!

Pursuing Real Success
We are all looking for success. The question is: how do you define success? As believers, we can shy away from this topic because we only consider the world’s perception of success being all about power. But the truth is, success is about fulfilling your purpose. As believers, we were created with purpose, so we should strive to be successful! But we want to be careful with how we define and pursue success. How we view success has major implications for our everyday lives so we don’t want to get it wrong!

Beauty, Body Image, and Fighting Insecurity with Bethany Beal
Physical beauty is something that we think about. For some of us, it takes up more mental real estate than we’d like to admit. In fact, it’s a point of insecurity for us. We’re bombarded with different definitions of beauty; so much so that it can be exhausting! What is truly beautiful? Can the Bible actually help us have a healthy outlook on physical beauty? Can this not be a point of insecurity for us as Chrisitan women? Bethany Beal from Girl Defined Ministries helps us work through this.
