Charlotte started her career in the Middle East as a lead hygienist in the Armed Forced Hospital in Saudi Arabia. She then moved to Dubai as the first ever hygienist at Emirates Airline. After several years working abroad, Charlotte moved back to the UK to become a co-owner of a dental practice. She worked as both a dental hygienist and therapist whilst jointly running the business. Robert Leigh initially trained as a Dental Nurse, which was his first steps into the world of dentistry. He then joined the Eastman Dental Hospital at UCLH and completed his training to become a Dental Hygienist. Robert took on many leadership roles throughout his training and is currently studying for a BSc in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care. He also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodontics and is currently working in Community Healthcare NHS Trust as an Oral Health Promoter.
