My Pod this week is with Vicky… Vicky is actually an AI Avatar created through HeyGen Labs As it's nearly the end of the year, I wanted to have a little fun and also test how good these AI Avatars really are. There were some glitches in the matrix when it came to her voice screeching a few times. However, for a product in its infancy, it is incredible what they have created. Well, it's half incredible and half as scary as hell! She is specifically trained to help with tough conversations, so I put her through the ringer and was pleasantly surprised. AI is taking us by storm, so best we all start getting familiar with it. Jennie Gow, is a Formula One Motor Racing journalist and broadcaster. She is widely regarded as one of the sport's leading media specialists. Jennie is one of the few women to work in the F1's demanding environment, collaborating closely with the sport's best drivers. She has witnessed first hand the world class team effort, for which Formula One is famous. Broadcasting into our TV's and Radio's on race days since 2010. She has brought to life the intense experience of F1 races, driver rivalries and other insights from the F1 pit lane. In December 2022, her world and life changed forever when she suffered a stroke. Her tenacious spirit shone brightly during her recovery. So much so that she accepted the challenge of publishing her first book "How to Read F1". Such an inspiring and fun lady, who I feel hugely honoured to have spoken with. Luis' interest in computing started when his parents bought his first computer, an Intel 486. He was 6 years old and it cost them more than a month's salary! He also played basketball for over 26 years, reaching a semi-professional level in Spain. The emergence of generative AI, with the advent of ChatGPT, changed his life. He began sharing AI content on social media. Gradually, his content gained more and more interest. Tom Paladino, has dedicated 50 years of his life researching a break-through branch of physics, called Scalar Light Therapy. The tenacity and strength it takes to go against the grain in society, should be revered! Nicki Truesdell, was definitely meant to be on this earth. Although, her life may have never commenced based on a decision her 14 year old mother decided not to take… Some people are victims, and others are go-getters. One of the greatest gifts a human has, is the ability to create music. Just being able to sing a cappella, or pick up a guitar and strum some tunes, is a talent gifted to so few. For a long time, my thoughts have been that the best education is provided through travelling. It opens you up to the reality of the world, and to the truth, because you see and experience things with your own eyes. You are exposed to the melting pot of world cultures and traditions. Jordan Urbs, is a well-seasoned traveller. After a brief stint working a 9-5, he decided to rather be broke, than sell his time! So he spent 12 years travelling the world making videos with people. He dove head-first into life without a care for the consequences. However, that all changed once he realised he was not living up to his self-worth and making excuses for his potential. He's now experiencing the beginning of a new era of life in El Salvador, with his wife and two kids. A totally different man….wise, with purpose and drive.
