Happy Holidays System and Soulville!
We wanted to make this episode short and sweet as we make a fun announcement about the new year and what you can expect from System and Soul after the coming weeks. But, we also wanted to offer a thought for the holiday season.
We all have mixed feelings about the holidays. For some it’s stressful, over commercialized, and chaotic. For others it’s a happy, festive, and even nostalgic season. But what most of us have in common during this time is that we all have a hope for next year. In this episode, Benj Miller reminds us that as we hope, there are always two forces at play within us: love and fear. So, as you hope and dream for the next year, remember that the thoughts and distractions that creep in and stifle our big ideas about what could be come from our fear.
