EP 90- 7 Ways to Your Spiritual Awakening: HYPE is NOT part of Spirituality
7 Habits How to Practice Wellness for Free- it starts within your own mind//heart not from hype or marketing//sales:
1- Value your health especially if you and your loved ones have it - go inward with gratitude.
2- Learn to let things go - be easy - find the recognition of others in who they are through their morals and values - stop juding so much & find a way to be like water -- be still.
3- Be kind -- because you can always be kind
know the difference between nice and kind. Nice is polite & fake af behind your back. Kind is genuine, real and tells you how it is but is always willing to help others.
4- Money is not currency that is of great importance. What will God say to you when you show up at the pearly white gates?
5- The human body - take care of it like you would your Porsche or your
temple. Value health, prioritize it.
6- Wellness of the mind is the most profound work right next to the work in your heart space; start reading more books from Ram Dass, Thich Nhat Hahn & Eckhart Tolle
7- Research: someone's background to match their words and their inner being purpose from a projection of false reality
verb (used with object): vet·ted, vet·ting.
to appraise, verify, or check for accuracy, authenticity, suitability. Do your research on all wellness backgrounds and resumes. HYPE is not wellness, a large following is not wellness & ppl that overshare, overpost, over-promise - are more than likely praying on your vulnerability and want to make money off of your vulnerability. True wellness practitioners are found at the temple, church, on hikes, at the monastery, homeless shelters, a Chaplain , praying for others and not seeking attention, fame or money. Be weary -have your wits about you. And until the next time -- keep being kind, volunteering, go offline, loving & open- minded xx ck

EP 85 -5 Steps Proven to Keep You Successful
Let us not live in fear at this time - but allow us to make changes everyday that can help us to improve our lives. The anecdote to fear is love and education: empower yourself! Here are some small and easy steps written by Tom Corley, author and contributor to CNBC Make it - PS thank you so so so much for your love letters and support, after the loss of Sisi. I am so grateful to you.
-dream setting: think of achieving your desires, better accompaniments, dreams and even mapping them out - it can be as small as note taking on a post-it note, a pinterest page, a business plan, new goals or as big as a vision board, write them down & dont let anyone stop you... I certainly didn't!
-educate and or practice for at least 30 minutes each day: some of my favorite topics on education? - Ikebana, photography, design, writing, enrichment of better writing and journalism, documentaries. Kaizen.
-exercise daily: get the circulation going, blood flowing and release more endorphins. commit to better quality workouts and ones that leave you feeling great with real results!
-cultivate better friendships and relationships; be honest, show up on time, be sincere, ask a friend to lunch, call on a birthday, call during a time of loss or hardship - stop being so damn flaky. Be good to those you love and who love you.
-find time to rest and relax: its okay to take some big breaks! Its also okay to turn technology off more often and read more books, step into nature, sleep as much as possible and cook more at home. You are not missing out on anything!
thank you for listening, please leave a five star review on apple and spotify xx Candice
