Be gentle with yourself & ask yourself - what can help me best to heal?
Sometimes its the simple things - a good cup of hot tea, a chat with an old friend, a call to mom, a journal session, listening to music, a fabulous workout - be good to yourself - keep chatting to that little girl (or guy) nourish her inside (or him) and know - we all have wounds from our past, and we can learn to let go of them.. its ok to be upset, to be hurt, its normal - we shall all heal in our own timing and we can forgive others, send those from your past love and light -- all will be well - you are safe and loved, you are heard here with me xx wabi sabi - Candice
