Megan is a Registered Dietitian and strength coach with a Master's in Sports Nutrition. Megan specializes in Firefighter Nutrition, tailoring nutrition to fit the lifestyle of a first responder. She works full-time for Fairfax Fire and Rescue (just outside of DC). While a civilian, Megan has strived to understand the challenges firefighters face when trying to stay healthy.
