In this episode we have Megan Lautz join our show. Megan is a Registered Dietitian and strength coach with a Master's in Sports Nutrition. Megan specializes in Firefighter Nutrition, tailoring nutrition to fit the lifestyle of a first responder. She works full-time for Fairfax Fire and Rescue (just outside of DC). While a civilian, Megan has strived to understand the challenges firefighters face when trying to stay healthy. Megan is also the owner of RescueRD LLC, which provides nutrition seminars and coaching for first responders across the country
