Greg Bennett is a 2x Australian Olympian (2004, 2008) and former professional triathlete for nearly 30 years. Greg has competed in over 500 triathlons winning the ITU World Series twice. He is the host of, The Greg Bennett Show, a podcast focused on triathlon.  Greg has a strong understanding of the science behind training, which you will hear in this interview. Rocco Meiring is an Olympic gold medal winning swim coach from South Africa. He coaches Tatjana Schoenmaker, the Tokyo Olympic Champion and the fastest woman in the history of the world in the Women's 200 Breaststroke LCM (2:18.95). Tatjana's training partner, Kaylene Corbett, came 6th in that same race. Prior to this, Coach Rocco was already a legend. In 1997, he became South Africa's first National Coaching Director at the University of Pretoria -- he is still at the University today. Braden Holloway is the Head Coach of NC State Swimming & Diving. This summer, he celebrated his 10th anniversary leading the Wolfpack. NC State has become the cream of the crop in the ACC. Eight times Braden has been named ACC Coach of the Year and eight times they've won ACC team titles. The Wolfpack has produced 7 individual NCAA Champions as well as 6 National Champion relay teams.  At the 2016 Rio Olympics, Ryan Held won an Olympic gold medal as part of Team USA's 4x100 Freestyle Relay. Coleman Stewart just recently broke the WR in the 100 Back SCM swimming for the Cali Condors.
