Dave Salo is one of the world's most innovative and decorated swim coaches. He has been on Team USA's Olympic staff 3x and was just named Head Coach for SC World Championships in Abu Dhabi. Lilly King is the fastest woman in history over 50 (29.40) and 100 LCM Breaststroke (1:04.13). At the 2016 Olympics, her first international swim meet, she became Olympic Champion in the 100 Breaststroke and helped Team USA win the Women's 4x100 Medley Relay. She won the 50 and 100 Breast at 2017 World Champs. And yet again at 2019 World Champs. At the 2020 Olympics, Lilly earned 2x silver medals (200 Breast, 4x100 MR) and a Bronze (100 Breast). Swimming for Ray Looze at Indiana University, she won the 100 and 200 Breaststroke 4 years in a row at NCAA Championships. She still trains for Ray at IU but she performs for the Cali Condors of the ISL. Amanda Beard is a 4x Olympian (1996, 2000, 2004, 2008) and 7-time Olympic medalist (2 gold, 4 silver, 1 bronze). Just 14 years old at the Atlanta Olympics, she blasted onto the scene winning silver in both Breaststrokes and gold as part of Team USA's 4x100 Medley Relay.  She went on to have a storied career: Bronze in Sydney in the 200 Breast. Olympic swim coach Bruce Gemmell is a coach for Nation's Capital Swim Club (NCAP), USA Swimming's premier club team with 14 locations, 1800+ athletes, and 65+ coaches.
