TRE 219 - Joe Gagnon - Living The High Performance Life
Joe Gagnon is a creator and explorer. He is a rare mix of entrepreneur and enterprise exec. Joe is currently CEO of 1upHealth a cloud-based data platform that unlocks healthcare data to improve outcomes. He is the founder of The High Performance Life, an avid blogger, co-host of the Chasing Tomorrow podcast, and a serious endurance athlete. He co-founded Performance Tea where his mission has been to help people achieve their potential and uncover the leading edges of performance with plant-based beverages. A firm believer in the parallel challenges of leading a company and pushing physical fitness limitations, Joe is also an accomplished endurance athlete. He has completed six Ironman Triathlons and over 70 marathon distance races. He recently published his book Living the High Performance Life. In 2017 he ran a marathon on Six continents in Six Days. In this episode Joe tells Mike about how the harmony that he felt, from believing in himself, taking care of himself, and following through made him more resilient to be able to achieve his goals and serve his community.

Nick Finger is the President and co-founder of Voltaic. Nick has been in solar for 8 years. He started working at a dealership named Greenspire, which he helped become one of the fastest-growing companies in the nation. In 2017 Nick Co-founded Voltaic, where he first operated as CRO. Later, he shifted his focus to Sales and recently transitioned as Voltaic's President after Voltaic's reemergence from True Power. Voltaic has grossed 7-8 figures year over year since its inception in 2017. Nick is a master motivator and has unique talents in leadership development and "how-to" sales training. Nick is also a world-class team builder and recruiter and has helped develop one of the strongest company cultures in the solar industry with Voltaic.
