With her, she brings experience to the litigation aspects and strategies of cases involving car crashes, tractor trailer and other truck crashes, as well as slip/trip and falls and other premises liability matters. Ms. Litowsky graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences and Education. She was a member of NSU Law’s Trial Association, serving on the executive board as Vice President of Teams. She went on to represent NSU Law in multiple Trial Competitions, including the Buffalo Niagara National Mock Trial Competition in New York, where she and her team finished in first place, bringing NSU Law a National Title. During the championship round of that competition, she received the award for “Best Advocate”. In addition, Alex coauthored the case file Carter v. Colonial Casino & Racetrack which went on to be used as the problem in the “Capitol City Challenge”, a national mock trial competition hosted by the American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C.
