How Anxiety Affects Your Performance
This week's episode features episode 17 of Mental Game LIVE where I take a deep dive into anxiety and how it affects our performance. We go through what it looks like in performance and in real life, some tools you can utilize when it hits, and also how you can continue to manage it so that you can perform at your best in spite of it! You must become aware of what is happening and accept that it is out of your control, but then find your stability in the storm, and then push forward.
