FOCUS - Brought to you by REC

Every year, there is one event I look forward to more than any other: the Resistance Exercise Conference (REC). REC is designed to develop you into the exercise authority. You get to connect with your HIT / evidence-based tribe, learn from scientists, practitioners and operators, and figure out how to make your HIT business more profitable and successful. Register for REC 2020 HERE Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, REC, like many events, had to be postponed. But in true REC style, the team put together an incredible 3-hour interactive webinar. The webinar consisted of fantastic speakers and a Q&A to give timely evidence-based solutions on slow-paced breathing, stress management, and exercise, as well as powerful business strategies to help you prevail. We were so impressed with the webinar that we begged for the audio to publish on the podcast. Get the full show notes here
