This conversation is with Brittany Jones of Kansas Family Voice. Brittany is one of the lawyers who helped author the Value Them Both Amendment, which is coming up for a vote in Kansas on August 2.  This legislation is one of the first to make a ballot for a vote after the overturn of Roe V. Wade on June 24, 2022. This is a huge and hotly debated amendment in Kansas, which is set to become an abortion DESTINATION, because of a ruling in 2019 which interpreted our state constitution to enumerate a woman's RIGHT to an abortion (even though it does not.)  I hope you'll find this helpful and informative as you head to vote August 2.
