The House and the Senate passed a bill on Tuesday to force the Justice Department to release its files related to Jeffrey Epstein. It comes after months of opposition from President Trump and GOP leadership - and after years of lobbying from some of Epstein's accusers. CBS News' Caitlin Huey-Burns reports. A Trump administration housing official has referred Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California to the Justice Department over allegations involving mortgage fraud, according to sources.
