A 99 Year Old Prisoner of War - Herb Sheaner

Mr. Sheaner is one of the last Americans who was a veteran of WW2 and his story, like the story of countless others, will continue to remain a significant piece in US history. His story of survival, hunger and reflection from a teenaged prisoner of war inside Germany near the end of WWII is truly remarkable. From capture at the Battle of The Bulge to the final escape from his German guards, Mr. Sheaner gives us a glimpse into the despair and agony of being a prisoner in a foreign land. At 99 Years Old he is easily the oldest guest on the podcast. A special thank you to everyone at the offices of  Sheaner Insurance, LLP. Get his book on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Prisoners-Odyssey-Herb-Sheaner/dp/1441546642 Connect with us!
