Grant went to work there since computers weren’t his strong suit. He then sold a large computer deal to a mortgage company near his house, and went to all the buildings and got the numbers from the signs, looked them up in the phone book, and went into the mortgage business … in August of 2001. He went on to run and found multiple mortgage companies where he has over seen billions of production through 9/11, the crash of 2008, and Covid. And during whatever this time period would be called:)He has been married to His wife Summer for going on 5 years, has 4 children and 3 bonus children, age ranges from 20 to 4 years old. She cheered competitively, power tumbled, and was a year-round competitive swimmer. Summer earned many state, regional, and national titles in competitive cheer. At the youngest age to qualify for the ranking, she ranked 9th in the nation. At 16, Summer gave birth to her first child. While a student at MTSU and now a young mother, Summer worked three part-time jobs to build a new life for her and her daughter. One of those jobs was as a bank teller, which eventually became her full-time job and set the course for her entire career. Summer quickly moved up the ranks at Synovus Bank, moving into assistant management, and then commercial banking. There she learned how to navigate complex financial structures and accumulated record setting, and attention getting business levels for the bank, moving her into the Executive Leadership program, reporting directly to the CEO. But banking was boring. And while numbers suited Summer's intellect, they didn't suit the fulfillment of her heart. She moved into the mortgage business in 2015. There she found a passion for guiding customers into the place she wanted them to be most served by her number skills; home. In 2019, Summer became a full time Loan Officer. Once again, quickly rising in the ranks, she became a top producer, closing over $100,000,000 in loans, while also training other loan officers, and mainly handling the businesses' most financially complex, and high net worth clients. Summer is married to Grant, and now has 3 beautiful daughters, one bonus daughter, 2 bonus sons, and one son. All ranging from age 20 to 4. She also has the more complicated daily chore of walking and feeding her two furriest children, Duke and Lola, 2 beautiful golden English labs.
