The years go by so quickly and often feel like a blur once we reach December. We have the push-pull of wanting to retreat, to hibernate and just BE, while also preparing for holidays and New Year. Our minds often spin out of control in consideration of what we have and haven't done yet, as well as which goals to achieve moving forward. If we don't take a step back and IN to reflect, it can all be a bit too much. So together, right now, let's reflect on 2018 and discuss the energies of 2019 (based on numerology).
