Practicing Reiki, Hands On and Hands Off

There is so much depth to Reiki and the experiences we have throughout practice are phenomenal! There's a lot to be learned about ourselves and the world around us, simply through the awareness of energy. The beauty of this technique (among many others) is that it can be practiced with hands on and hands off, which is often referred to as "distant reiki".
