Architect of Resilience
Chris Duffin
Understanding what makes this podcast different is understanding what makes Chris different.
For those who are unfamiliar, Chris’ story has all the makings of a Hollywood movie: a chaotic and abusive childhood in the murderous mountains of the Pacific Northwest, graduating college while working full-time to secure custody of his siblings, achieving feats of strength no other human has ever accomplished before.
Chris’ “secret formula” to overcoming those challenges? To find unstoppable strength through seemingly insurmountable struggle? It was his ability to harness his mind, body and soul. To become the architect of his own resiliency.
Throughout his journey as both athlete and academic, personally and professionally, Chris has had the pleasure of learning and sharing the intricacies of strength & resiliency with experts worldwide. These discussions with leading researchers, doctors, coaches, clinicians, and athletes have included how to;
• Achieve ‘superhuman’ results
• Fuel an endless evolution
• Gain internal strength and self-awareness
• Master and apply human & organizational behavior
• Utilize unparalleled injury prevention & recovery protocols
Chris would be grateful for your joining as a listener and participant in the Endless Evolution Community.
